Timezone Difference

Hello,

there seems to exist a difference between the "today" viewed from the system and the "today" here in my timezone.
Now it is 10/9/2006 - 8 o'clock in the morning here in germany and the home-view-section "Today's Events" says <No events are scheduled to you for today>, "Today's Leads" on the other hand says one new lead.

Both is not true. I added the lead late in the evening 10/8/2006. And there are events scheduled on 10/9/2006.

Where can i change the system-time? (The time-setting in "Personal Settings", "Account Information" is set to Central European Time).
