Last month, we saw how to use the quota feature to limit survey responses based on certain criteria and gather reliable insights. When using this feature, a respondent's session ends abruptly upon meeting the mentioned criteria. To handle this better, you can perform the following actions:
- Custom message: Enter a custom message to your respondent, letting them know why they can't participate in the survey since every respondent matters in the longer run.
- Redirect to a new page: Enter a URL to which you can redirect the survey participant. This can be on a new topic or product or backup of some sort that can genuinely provide value to the respondent.
