Hi everyone!
We're back with another exciting tip for Zoho Show!
Flowcharts are helpful when you want to visualize organizational hierarchies, plan new projects, map computer algorithms, and streamline manufacturing procedures.
However, creating a detailed flowchart can be tedious and time consuming, and editing every shape to fit your text makes the process even more challenging.
Consider this scenario: You want to create a flowchart to implement a new HR recruiting process. This flowchart will have multiple shapes that represent various stages of screenings and interviews. However, manually adding shapes and connectors stifles the creative process.
Fortunately, Zoho Show's Continuous Draw Mode lets you avoid repetition, help sequentialize steps, link different functioning areas, and build better flow diagrams.
Now let's look at how you can easily create this flowchart in Zoho Show.
1. Decide on the shape of your flowchart
Select your preferred flowchart shape by clicking on the Flowchart icon under Shape in the Insert pane at the top of the screen.
2. Enable Continuous Draw Mode in Zoho Show
In the bottom left-hand corner of the
Shape
window, toggle
Continuous
Draw
Mode
on. Now you can draw any shape, as many times as you want, in any size that you want.
3. Connect your shapes to build your flowchart
Once you've created the required shapes, arrange them in the order you want and add the necessary content.
Voila
! Your flowchart is done.
