Language
plays an effective tool for communicating ideas and opinions. When it
comes to interaction, our native language always holds a special
position. What better way to put our thoughts and ideas across, than
using our native language. Considering
this requirement, we've brought in an option to localize the Zoho CRM
mobile app to your preferred language of choice.
On
Zoho CRM mobile app, you can localize the app to your preferred
languages. Below are the list of languages that are supported on the CRM
mobile apps.

Currently, we have brought in support for 21 languages on the CRM
mobile app. The recently added languages are mentioned below:
- Chinese (Simplified)
- Chinese [Traditional] (繁體中文)
- Danish (Dansk)
- Dutch (Nederlands)
- English [British]
- English (US)
- French
- German
- Hindi (हिन्दी)
- Hungarian (Magyar)
- Italian (Italiano)
- Japanese
- Korean (한국어)
- Polish (Polski)
- Portuguese [Brazil] (Português [Brasil])
- Portuguese [Portugal] (Português [Portugal])
- Russian (Русский)
- Spanish
- Swedish (Svenska)
- Turkish (Türkçe)
- Vietnamese (Tiếng Việt Nam)
Before
changing the language on the app, you will have to change the settings
on the Zoho CRM desktop site (crm.zoho.com) as well, for the changes to
be applied uniformly on the app.
To change the language on the CRM desktop site, please follow the steps mentioned below:

Go to the Zoho CRM desktop site (crm.zoho.com).

Click the 'Setup' (gear icon) available at the top right corner.

Go to the Personal settings.

Under Locale information, please select your preferred language.

After
selecting the preferred language on the Zoho CRM desktop site, request
you to select the same language on the mobile device as well. To do so,
please follow the steps mentioned below:
On an Android device:

Go to the Settings.

Scroll down to select 'System'.

Tap 'Languages and input'.

Tap Languages.
-
Select Add a language.
-
Choose the preferred language.

Hold the switch icon (
) then drag and place the respective language at the top.
On an iOS device:

Go to the Settings.

Scroll down to select 'General'.

Tap 'Language & Region' option.

Tap 'Languages'.
-
Select ' Add language'.

Choose the preferred language.
After
setting the preferred languages on both the Zoho CRM desktop site and
the CRM mobile app, please force close and re-open the app. Upon doing so, the app will be localized to the selected language.
