Use the Audio/ Video icons from the contact card to have some real-time discussions. In an email, all your contacts, the senders, the recipients all have a contact card, irrespective of whether they are in To/ Cc lists. Click on the name to open the contact card. In the contact card, click the Audio call/ Video call icon to start an in-person conversation with that contact.
