Tip #19 - Track performance of sprints without estimation points

Wondering how to track the performance of your sprints without using estimation points? Well, this post can help. In Zoho Sprints, the progress of your sprints is evaluated either based on the estimation points or the count of work items. 

• Team's that setup estimation points for calculating the effort of the work items can track the progress using Estimation Points. 
  
• Team's that do not use estimation points can track the progress using the Count of work items. 
  

We've an inbuilt 'View By'  option across all the charts to help you customize the reports view.
