Task status helps you determine the progress of the task and keeps you on track with the project. With the new Task status customization option, you can create statuses pertaining to your business requirements in your own terms of progression.
For example, if John owns an Industrial design firm, he might need to keep track of the status of the design being developed. After each stage of design development, status is updated to indicate its level of progress. Wherein here, John can customize statuses based on his business activities like Design Research, Prototype Testing, Final Design Developed and more.
Let's take a look at how John customizes task status with Zoho Projects.
Likewise, for various business requirements, task statuses can be created and customized. The new status that you create will fall under either of the two status types: Open or Closed.
