Do you know that you can allow and restrict the number of email notifications you receive? If not, keep reading!

You can enable email notifications for the activities that you want to be notified and disable for the rest of them. Click the Setup icon and click Email Notification .

You can see the actions pertaining to each item and its comment. You can choose to be notified when the item was created by you, assigned to you or if you're a sprint owner. If not, you can simply disable them.

If your mailbox is overflowing with mail notifications which you don't need,  simply disable them here.
