Tip #9: Add and manage your CRM contacts from incoming emails

Here comes the Christmas season which brings with it loads of joy, happiness, celebrations and ..... emails, tons of them. This is the time of the year, when you get loads of emails from everyone who has your email address in their contact lists. Some of them may be just junk, but there may be some real important ones, which you want to save and track for future.

Among the list of emails, when you find one such contact, who can be your lead or a potential, use the CRM widget to quickly add their details to your Zoho CRM account.

You can even add Tasks/ Notes relevant to the contact, right from the email.
