Consider this example. John is the head of the finance team at Zylker. The Zylker finance team has four inboxes to manage their financial business processes - "Financial analysis", "Travel management", "Inventory management", and "Payroll".
John feels that all the members of the payroll team don't have the necessity to use their personal sender addresses. Any email going out of that inbox should only be sent either from the payroll manager's personal sender address or the common sender address
payroll@zylker.com.
John can give the personal sender access only to the payroll manager and simply deny other members of the payroll inbox from accessing their own personal sender addresses. The other members can still use the common sender address (
payroll@zylker.com) to send out emails.
However, only the payroll manager can use his personal address and other members cannot use their manager's personal sender address. Personal sender addresses are only for personal use and cannot be used by other members in the team.
