Tip of the week #34 - Manage candidates effectively from your shared inbox with the Zoho Recruit extension




Zoho Recruit is an efficient applicant tracking system that enhances your hiring process. The Zoho Recruit extension in Zoho TeamInbox lets you perform the following activities.
  1. Add new candidates - When you receive an email from a candidate, you can add their email address as a contact or a candidate in Zoho Recruit right from your inbox.
  2. View and manage candidates - You can view details of the candidates such as the candidate status, candidate ID, the candidate owner, the associated jobs, and so on.
  3. Add notes and tags - Notes provide a space to make a record of information or comments related to a particular record. Tags help you to categorize and organize job postings, resumes, and other relevant information. You can add notes and tags related to the candidate right from your inbox in Zoho TeamInbox and it will get reflected in your records at Zoho Recruit.
