Zoho Reports offers many options when it comes to customizing a KPI widget. In a few easy clicks, you can customize a KPI widget to appear the way you want. Like, changing the font type, size and color, adding up/down arrows, showing Previous and Latest values etc. Below is an animated gif that shows how some of the customization options are done.
