The View Underlying Data option in Zoho Analytics allows you to view the underlying data of any data point in your view.
To view the underlying data of a point (or bar, or cell) in your view, mouse hover the data point. The related information to that data point will be displayed as shown in the screenshot below.
By clicking on any data point in your view and clicking View Underlying Data option, you can view all the relevant data corresponding to that point.
In case you have created a report by joining two or more tables, you can view the underlying data by selecting the tables from the View data from dropdown. By default, the option displays the base table.
The View Underlying Data pop-up provides options to show/hide columns, search, filter and sort the data displayed. You can also export the underlying data into a variety of file formats like CSV, XLS, PDF and HTML.
