Tips and Tricks #15: Import Powerpoint files into the Zoho Show app
Hello everyone!
A presentation is the best way to convey ideas, especially for visual learners and thinkers. From cloud-based apps to online presentation tools, there are many ways to create something that'll wow an audience, whether they're in small classrooms or packed auditoriums.
Presentations created using another application, such as a Powerpoint, can easily be added and synced with Zoho Show. You can open .pptx files from Google Drive, iCloud, or any other cloud storage installed on your device and present it live to your audience without having to create a new one from scratch in Show.
Also, adding presentations in the Show app lets you deliver slides without having to log in to your Zoho Show account.
How to add a presentation in the Zoho Show app -
Tap the icon at the top-right corner of the screen and select your app from a list of file storage apps installed on your iOS device. - Tap on the presentation file you would like to add into Zoho Show. The presentation will open in the Reading Pane Mode and will be saved inside your Zoho Show account.
From here, you can either tap the Play icon at the top right to start the slideshow on your iOS device or tap Connect to Apple TV at the bottom of your screen and select the Apple TV to present. Once your phone is connected with the Apple TV, you can start controlling slides using your phone as a remote. You can also connect and present using Airplay and an Apple Watch.
