"Title" field (
*Designation Name:) is used for?
It's a system field (so it cannot be altered nor deleted), also it's a Radio button type of field!
Designation names are a lot (Accountant, Supervisor, Manager, Assistant...etc) and Radio buttons aren't the best representation for them. I've entered about 36 designation names and now I have a very long list whenever I want to add or edit an employee. It is annoying!
Unless of course I got it all wrong and by "Designation Name" you mean Mr. Mrs. Miss. Dr...etc.?
