Our customer leave their message through this form, which is sent to our support team with an automatic notification of receipt for the customer.

Our support team would like to answer through Zoho with the field "Solution", with an automatic message to the customer who sent the ticket.

Is it possible please ?
At this moment, we can't find where to put the dynamic field with the mail adresse of the customer for answering...
