I have worked on this for months and there's no way to have a date based automation in a custom workflow.

To not overcomplicate things this is basically what I want to do.

Send a series of emails based on the current date.

Example:

01-01-25 send email

02-01-25 send email

03-01-25 send email

There's no logic to use "Today's Date" in a workflow. We have 8k contacts so using a custom function to update a "today's date" custom field daily seems like a waste of api calls.

I don't want to use the native "Date Based Automations" in zoho campaigns for various reasons but they have very limited functionality. They just don't do what we need.

Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign both have logic for using "Today's Date" in their automations.
