When I select an account, the contacts appear at top of the view.  For accounts with many contacts, only a subset appears.  How does zoho determine which contacts to present in this space?  Zoho doesn't appear to distinguish between active and inactive contacts when selecting.

Can I control which contacts are presented at the top?  I have a full list of contacts further down the view  but only want my primary active contacts at the top.
