- Even though in principle you support ActiveSync, we know that it works only from mobile, not Outlook on PC. So we are forced to use IMAP. Who knows when this will ever be fixed.
- Outlook (IMAP) on the front end deletes mail, same immediately syncs on the phone (AS), but web interface will take half hour before it shows the mails as deleted.
- Stock Android mail client keeps having security certificate error
- Stock Android mail client does not sync all mail, large number of order mails are not shown on phone when account is setup (though I recognize this may not be Zoho's fault)
- And now latest error "Unusual activity detected from this IP. Please try again after some time.", and I am simply unable to proceed with new user creation
At this point I am evaluating whether to go for a paid mail service between Zoho, G-Suite and MS, and you guys are making it very difficult. Even though I am a fan of Zoho and want to support you. I dont want to necessarily send my money to Google, but they offer bullet proof email and calendar service...
