Hello all,
First of all, congratulations for an amazing solution. I am dicovering Zoho as I go and it sure is the best price/quality out there. So please do not think I am trolling in any way with the following comment...
I am an IT service provider and I am currently deploying a new brand for one of my customers. The first step was to acquire a domain then an email hosting provider with @customerdomain capabilities. My customer is a startup and is looking for a low cost solution to begin with...
As an admin for this customer, I'd like a pure access the ZOHO mail without advertising the other services. The CRM for example, all I can do is prevent "user" profiles from accessing the service, but the icon on the top left corner (next to the company logo) is killing it, by displaying (advertising) all of ZOHO services...
I think paid accounts should have the ability to customize this menu and display only services available to "user" profiles. I do intend to deploy the CRM in the near future and even most of ZOHO services (creator included)
I am now wondering if from a strategy standpoint, it wouldn't be better for me to go with a pure email solution and come back only once I am ready to deploy all of ZOHO services. I am even wondering if I wouldn't be better of seperating my email provider from ZOHO altogether.
What are your thoughts on this?
Best regards,
Moh
