I'm trying to update the attachments in some email templates I have in Zoho CRM. The current attachments in the templates are of about 5 Mb size. However, on trying to change the attachments with files of the same size, I'm getting the error "Total file(s) size should not exceed 3 Mb".
How can that be??!! When the size uploaded is ALREADY more than 3 Mb, why is the application not accepting it now?
I have a simple request - can we have a solution to this, rather than the standard replies for months/ years on end - we're working on this OR it's not on our current priority list.
