Total Leads Per Month (Including Converted)

Total Leads Per Month (Including Converted)

Hi All,

I'd like to see a report that shows all leads received in the prior month. It seems like Sales 101 to want to know how many leads came in and how many were converted. I realize that leads that are converted become contacts, accounts and possibly potentials if selected, but that should remove that lead from the total leads created this month count.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
