Totaling VAT in Quotes

The Quotes Template doesn't provide a VAT total for the products. It shows the individual tax amount for each line item but no total.

I can see that there is a Tax field - but this is empty when I put it onto teh Quotes page.

There are other totals.... but no VAT Total.

How do I get the TOTAL VAT to display?
