I need software to schedule follow-up contacts with customers who have purchased a given product.

When a customer buys a given product, I need to schedule maintenance calls and routine service work as needed for that particular product. So I need to combine product information and customer information to set up this system.

How would Zoho software handle this kind of set up?

If Zoho would not handle this well, can you recommend a software service that would?
