"Track Sales Tax" differences between free and standard: what does this mean?
What are the differences between free and standard versions when it comes to sales tax tracking for invoices, items, customers, etc? The help screens have ZERO indication of what features are available under what version. The marketing literature only says "Track Sales Tax," which explains nothing.
Does it mean that in the free version I am not able to create tax rates and exemptions which can then be applied to invoices that I send to clients? So I would have to manually enter any sales taxes as separate line items in an invoice?
Or does it mean that the "Tax Payments" and "Tax Adjustments" under the "Accountant" section aren't available?
Or does it mean I simply can't view the "Sales Tax Liability" and "1099 Report" in the "Reports" section?
I would hope that the first scenario is still available; it's such a basic and fundamental feature.
