Track support requests by my organisation

Hi, does Zoho allow for Admins of an organisation to have visibility of support request that usera of the organisation open under their account?

E.g. recently the admin of one app open a support request and after a few emails, I had to be involved for a authorisation for a change. I dont see thia ticket in my history.

Likewiae I dont see tickets that other uaers have open for issues related to the organisation that I manage.
