Track Webform Source

Hi there,

I created a form on Zoho to put on my website to capture Lead information and it works wonderfully. But I was wondering if I could use this same form on other websites.

I imagine the code that gets generated from creating the webform would paste fine under the hood of any site, but is there a way to track which site the form was filled out on?

For example:
      -Joe visits a partner's website that has my webform on it and fills it out
      -Frank visits my website and fills out the same form
      -Is there a way to track the fact that Frank found my webform directly, but Joe found it indirectly (i.e. through a partner?)
