I'm looking for a way to be automatically notified of a larger-than-normal decrease/increase in the value of our Quotes on the CRM?

Essentially, I would need to know when the Quote amount drops down by more than X & for the notification to display the previous amount along with the new Amount, something like:

Alert: Quote Increase/Decrease

This Quote {QuoteName} has decreased from XXX to YYY - Find out more on {LinkToQuoteOnCRM}.

=== End of Message

Anyone faced this? Any ideas?
