Hi there,

I have integrated my Microsoft email to Zoho and correctly so, Zoho now displays my email logs and conversations into assigned contacts.

However, when going into colleagues accounts, I can not see emails that should be tracked.

How do I ensure all emails are displayed on Zoho?
