Hi

I'm using Zoho CRM with Zoho Mail activated - all set up and working fine to send and receive emails

 

If I send an email to a contact from within Zoho - it shows up in the contact as designed (also working fine)

 

Is it possible for Zoho to link mail to a contact - when that mail is sent from outside of Zoho - e.g when sent from an iPad / iPhone via Apple Mail 

 

Is this also possible if the mail is sent from Outlook 2007 (I have the Zoho/Outlook connector active)
