Tracking Emails/Mass emails

I am about to switch from SalesForce to Zoho CRM but have a question: "I just tried sending an email using Zoho but I don't see any way to track the receiver's behavior (whether he read it or not.. when, how many times, etc..)."

This is extremely important from an online sales perspective and many other CRM solutions have it.

Am I missing something?
