Tracking Emails Sent to Leads from CRM

I have just recently started sending emails to leads through CRM, using templates I've created. I've reviewed the notifications about opened/clicked information, but would like a way to sort my leads based on emails sent - this would allow me to assign mass tasks for follow up purposes.

Right now, I can see that Email Status is a filter option under Leads, but I just want to see whether an email was sent, not necessarily whether it was also opened/clicked.
