I want to be able to track key personnel and receive notifications if so much time has lapsed since we last spoke. Some contacts I want to know when 30 60 90 days have pasted since we last spoke.
Also is there a way to group contacts into groups relative on our relationship, longer term medium term short term project/no project generated from contact?
