I have a client who wants to monitor their converted Leads (to accounts) and unconverted Leads in a single report to track important metrics such as conversion rates and ROI on lead sources etc. I am looking for ideas on how to solve this:
I considered using Creator and indexing by the ZOHOID, then building pivot tables around dates, conversions, and more.
However, I am open to using ZOHO Analytics if that would be a better option. Are there any other methods or options I should consider? Thanks!
