Tracking logs for when a record owner was changed.

We're trying to trace when the owner was traced for a particular record. This happened last July or August, and we need to be certain on the date.

We couldn't find this in the audit logs, and checking the timeline feature has not been helpful too as it doesn't go further beyond September.
