Tracking Microsoft Teams messages in Zoho CRM
Hey guys,
Microsoft Teams is becoming really popular and I'l now finding myself talking to customers over Teams instead of emailing, which leaves a hole in the CRM footprint as these messages are not being tracked.
Are there plans to integrate Teams messages into CRM to a contact?
Messaging in Teams will just keep growing as it is, the sooner you guys can get this right the better it will be for Zoho
