Tracking of account

There must be a better way of tracking the account and the contacts. You should have a tracking module that keeps track ow all notes taken down about an account. This note-pad should be possible to filter by person who wrote the note, by contact and by date. Automatically when a note is added the contact and time is added in the notes forrm, just like a "time-stamp".
