I am new to Zoho and trying to create some reports to manage the performance of my team regionally.

I would like to have by country (one of the field from our deal pipe):

• # of brand by stage : this one I manage to do it
• # change of stage during last week (to calculate a kind of weekly conversion rate for each stage): I don't manage to find this information. Where should I look?
• The avg value of some of my field (such as expected revenues): I don't manage to aggregate by country just get a list of deals grouped by country
