Tracking of Marketing (Emails, Mailers, etc...)

I am looking for a way to track whom we are marketing to, when and how.  Furthermore, I need to be able to populate a list of targeted "Leads" and/or "Contacts" that meet particular criteria for marketing purposes.  Has anyone done this in Zoho before?  If so, how can I accomplish this?  Thank you.
