If I send a free product sample to 250 accounts, what is the best way to track this in Zoho? Likewise, If I send out 500 customized sales letters via snail mail, how do I import that info. Obviously, manually updating the leads would not be effective. We would need to import these items. Are they "activities", "events" or what? We would need to import them so that they would show up in order and in a visible spot. 

Our account base is not highly technical so these types of "old school" marketing efforts are important and we need to track them. Is this something we can do ***effectively*** in Zoho?
