is it possibile to track (visual) all potentials on calendar?

What is issue?

We have online advertising space (more than one) and we would like to track how potentials are related to our advertising space (what is booked already and what is free). 

Brefore ZOHO / today we are using calendar but it`s double work. Is eny option beside calendar? Should be use Caimpaign to track orders from customers?

Hope you understand ... our workflow is:

Salles -> Order -> Starting online campaign (banner of customer on our website) -> Report 

How to implement process to ZOHO CRM???

Is it:

New Account - New Contact -> Potential -> New Campaign?

So when you look on tracking view you have to see what is active today, tomorrow etc.
