I have all related 'send from' emails/aliases and domains verified and validated in both CRM and Zoho Mail.

Problem:

I send an email from the CRM to a Contact and it tracks it, displaying the email in the Contact email history details, but this does not show in my "sent" folder within the Zoho Mail client (Win10).

Likewise, email sent from within the Zoho Mail client (Win10) does not show up in Lead or Contact records under the email history section.

Thus Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail are not fully integrated. How do I resolve this?
