Tracking Time Spent on Each Contact?
Hello, we are a smalll law firm using the free version of Zoho CRM for our clients. The call feature is quite useful, but I was wondering if there is any way in Zoho CRM (or perhaps elsewhere in Zoho) where we can track the time spent on each client (contact), other than listing every activity as a call. For example, must writing a letter, research, or going to court be listed as a call for us to enter our time spent on each client in Zoho? Ideas, please!
