Training Videos?

I am a computer consultant who is just now beginning to be exposed to CRM systems and ZohoCRM. I want to embrace this technology, both for myself as to be able to offer my clients that sort of coverage and support - I have 3 clients that are all about to sign up with ZohoCRM.

I learn best by video training - youtube, lynda.com, etc, and it would be ideal if I could be pointed towards in-depth training videos (free or pay) to give me a grounding in CRM for small businesses in general, and using Zoho to that effect in specific. (I of course have the ZohoCRM user manual and have accessed to short videos found here:

but I am looking for something more in depth and substantive to catch me up.)
