Transfer data from form to form

Could someone please help with the following...

I have a form https://creator.zoho.com/mrcomputer/form/118/edit/

When the form starts we use the drop-down box to see if the customer is already in the database. If they are not then we click the + next to address to add a new customer.

On rare occasions we miss that the customer is already in the database and we click + anyway.

I have set the action on user input to read.... 

if (count(Customers[Address == input.Address])  >  0)
{
    alert("This address is already in the database");
}

But what I want is that when the OK is clicked on the alert, the add customer window is automatally closed and the record that was deemed to already exist is passed back to the form 'Job' and auto populates the field Lookup_Customer
