Transfer Notes with conversion from Lead to Potential

Transfer Notes with conversion from Lead to Potential

Looks like Notes from Leads are not transferred to Potential record when converting from lead to account. 

Is there a way to either redirect so lead notes transfer to potentials.. or set up so a duplicate notes entries are made in potentials and accounts?
