Transfer Quickbooks Inventory to CRM Products

Our CRM is configured to transfer only products from Quickbooks to Zoho CRM. No Sync. We were able to get 16 items the first sync, however it did not grab all of our products. We then adjusted the mapping to bring down the rest of our inventory into Zoho and nothing came down. We have tried many different mapping selections with no luck. Any suggestions?
