We are revamping our entire CRM and reevaluating fields.  I have created a new layout with the new fields so now I have a few question as to how i can get everyone moved over. 

1. Can you do a mass transfer of contacts from one CRM Contact Layout to a new one?

2. What is the easiest and most accurate way to move information from one field to another?  ie we are replacing an organization type with a more broad field and would like to make sure everyone is accounted for.
