I am trying to move documents from the stand alone zoho docs to crm docs and I am finding it a bit difficult. 2 questions

 

first of all in zoho crm docs when you create new folders and you want them to be in a parent - child format for example clients and within clients different folders for client names how do you tell the system that you want a specific folder to be a subfolder

 

secondly is there a quick way in regular zoho docs to download all of the files in a folder to transfer them to the desktop instead of one at a time?
