Transferring information from Maximizer to Zoho

Transferring information from Maximizer to Zoho

We have been using Maximizer Enterprise 7.5 for quite some time. We want to switch to a simpler format. We have approximately 8000 companies in our data base. Is it possible to import/export the information (Name, address, city, state, zip, phone, fax, e-mail , etc.) to Zoho? How? We also would want to import/export documents, and notes from Maximizer to Zoho. Can someone help us with the procedure to do this? THANK YOU! We are not IT persons...we need help!!! Also...Zoho would be used on two laptops and two desktop PC's., by only two individuals. Is this a problem?  THANK YOU!!!!
